Airport terminals around the world must do more to become more user-friendly for the disabled. So says Chris Fielding, a senior access consultant for the Royal National Institute for the Blind. Last year he conducted research at three British airports to examine how well disabled people are catered for. He says there are some key issues that terminal managers must look at.
