Spending on self-service
Airports are becoming more aware of a need to spend their budgets on IT. A new survey by SITA, Airline Business and ACI, shows much of the new spending is in the area of customer service. Catherine Mayer, SITA’s vice president of airport services, says there’s definitely a move towards recognising what passengers want from the check-in process.
