Concierge service offered at San Francisco International

San Francisco International Airport in California, USA, has launched its new Airport Butler concierge service, providing a range of VIP services for departing, arriving and connecting passengers.

From check-in assistance to personal shopping, Airport Butler offers a variety of services that can be tailored for any type of passenger, including those with small children, senior citizens, and even travelers seeking language assistance while at the airport.

John L Martin, airport director, San Francisco International Airport, said, “We continue to elevate the airport guest experience at San Francisco airport, with amenities that allow passengers to customize their journey. The Airport Butler service provides an exciting new option for travelers, offering a unique VIP experience that anyone can enjoy.”

Sally Leible, president and CEO of Airport Butler, a subsidiary of Canadian-based Airport Terminal Services (ATS), said, “As Airport Butler sought to expand its unique service offering in the USA specifically, San Francisco was a key airport for our future network as it is very innovative in terms of airport service offerings and a primary gateway for Asia-Pacific travelers, and [San Francisco is a] city full of people seeking new experiences in traveling. Airport Butler is so excited to be a part of the vibrant environment that San Francisco International Airport is creating for each of its customers.”

Airport Butler services are available in multiple languages, and include: direct assistance from gate to curb (arrivals) or curb to gate (departures); assistance with baggage and check-in processes; connecting flight support; assistance during a flight delay or cancellation; lounge reservations prior to flight; ground transportation arrangements; personal shopping at the airport; meeting guests with flowers or customized gifts; private meeting room arrangements; and business services including printing, copying and document translation.
