Itsu to return to London Heathrow T5

Fast food restaurant chain Itsu is set to return to Terminal 5 (T5) at London Heathrow this summer with a newly designed store and range of exclusive ‘ready to fly’ bespoke products.

The new store will be located in the T5 departure lounge and will provide travelers with panoramic views of the airfield while they dine. Passengers on the go will be able to choose from a range of healthy and uniquely packaged meals designed specifically for onboard dining.

Ben Crowley, head of food and beverage at London Heathrow, said, “When Itsu left the airport, passengers and staff alike kept asking when it would return so we’re all thrilled. It’ll be like welcoming back a dearly-loved friend.”

Said Takhamt, director of development for Itsu, said, “Opening the new store in T5 is a really exciting step for us. The site is beautiful and we think guests are going to love the new product and packaging designs. Whether you want to sit down for a bite to eat before flying or grab food for your flight, we feel we’ve created something really special, just for Heathrow.”
