Clear Channel renews contract at Clinton National Airport

Out-of-home (OOH) advertising specialist Clear Channel Airports (CCA), has renewed its advertising contract with Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Arkansas for a further five years.

The new contract is subject to the launch of a new advertising program on December 15, 2017, including the installation of an LED video wall, tension fabric displays and a digital reservation center.

The latest advertising network will enable brands to reach approximately 1.9 million travelers passing through the airport annually. CCA has been the incumbent concessionaire at Clinton National Airport since 2012. The installation of the new advertising network will run alongside the completion of a US$25m concourse renovation being carried out by the airport.

Ronald F Mathieu, executive director, Clinton National Airport, said, “We’re pleased that CCA will provide additional high-tech opportunities to help businesses reach their marketing goals. Research shows that the demographics of Little Rock passengers are among some of the most sought after, which can make airport advertising very effective.”

Morten Gotterup, president, CCA, said, “With growing passenger traffic and the flourishing economy of Little Rock, this is a very exciting time for us to extend our partnership with Clinton National Airport. Little Rock continues to draw a highly educated, affluent frequent flyer passenger base making Clinton National Airport a very attractive advertising venue for national and regional brands. We are eager to begin implementing our new media network that will surely take the passenger experience to the next level.”
