Abu Dhabi Airports has appointed The Al Musbah Group as the new parking concessionaire for Abu Dhabi International Airport in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The group will be responsible for a range of airport services including baggage wrapping, airport parking and the Airport Service Centre, where passengers can access business services such as fax and email, as well as deposit luggage or valuable items. Other additional services include the premium Car Spa cleaning and valet service, as well as a higher level of customer service from newly trained staff.

All automated payment machines at the airport’s car parks will be equipped to accept credit cards, and a new tariffs schedule is being implemented. The investment and upgrades being implemented throughout the facility have been designed to enhance customer comfort and ease of use throughout the airport experience.

Daniel Cappell, acting chief commercial officer at Abu Dhabi Airports, said, “Al Musbah has the expertise and commitment to excellence we look for in all of our partners. With unrivaled experience of operating at other airports in the region, I am confident the new services will help our passengers to enjoy superior attention to detail and service. We are very excited about all the planned enhancements to the airport’s car facilities. The group reflects our commitment to using the best services available to deliver an outstanding experience.”

Andrew Perrier, director of business development at Al Musbah, said, “Abu Dhabi International Airport is the gateway to the UAE’s capital city and we are extremely pleased to be bringing our expertise and planned enhancements to strengthen the experience at this world-class airport. Customer service is our top priority and we are confident we will be raising the bar and exceeding passengers’ expectations with our new offerings.”
