<p>Other airlines that have announced movements to T6 include Star Alliance members Air Canada, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Austrian Airlines, Avianca, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, and TAP Air Portugal – in addition to Aer Lingus, Cathay Pacific, Condor, JetBlue, Kuwait Airways, Icelandair, and Norse Atlantic.</p>
<p>Air India’s existing codeshare on interline partnerships with many of these carriers will offer passengers seamless connections from the same terminal to onward destinations across the Americas.</p>

<p>The purpose-built site offers an elevated viewing platform with less obstructed views of aircraft arrivals and departures, along with shaded seating and an accessible pathway. To create the space, the site was reclassified from restricted airfield land into publicly accessible land.</p>
<p>At the center of Fellowship Place is the tail of a retired Fokker F28 Fellowship aircraft, donated by Aviation Australia, which had used the jet to train more than 3,000 aircraft engineers.</p>

ABM and Ethos Farm Americas will deliver individualized guest services, and Unifi will provide passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) services.</p>
<p>The scope of ABM and Ethos Farm Americas services also includes the training, staffing and operational day-to-day leadership in guest experience operations.</p>
<p>“The award-winning ABM and Ethos Farm Americas team shares JMP’s commitment to creating a strong culture rooted in exceptional guest experiences,” said Steve Thody, CEO, JFK Millennium Partners.</p>

Children aged 8 and over can now use e-gates if they are traveling with an adult and are at least 120cm tall (3ft 11in).</p>
<p dir="ltr">The Home Office estimates that 1.5 million more children will be eligible to use the gates with their families over the next year.</p>
<p dir="ltr">There are more than 290 e-gates at UK airports and ports, plus juxtaposed ports (where UK border checks take place in Europe).</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><i>Open Columns</i> by artist Patrick Marold comprises three steel columns now installed between the Terminal Garage and the new terminal. Each column ranges between 20ft and 40ft tall. People can enter the columns and look toward the sky, viewing the interplay between reflective bands that dissolve into the atmosphere.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">The play area includes several aviation-themed features designed specifically for children, including a child-size air traffic control tower, a live feed to the real airport tower radio, and real airplane parts incorporated into the space.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">The bespoke lounge, which is unaffiliated with any airline, will be accessible to all passengers traveling through London City Airport, via online or walk-in purchase and, in time, through an annual membership.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">The announcement comes at a historic time for London City Airport as it moves ahead with its ambitious growth plans to reach passenger numbers of nine million a year.</p>

<p>The service is launching with Korean Air and Delta Air Lines. The Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) expects participation to expand gradually.</p>
<p>Building on cooperation with the USA’s Department of Homeland Security established last year, MOLIT commenced its International Remote Baggage Screening (IRBS) system to Los Angeles and Seattle airports on June 23.</p>

<p>The move responds to a growing trend among airports to evolve beyond traditional infrastructure roles and become more active participants in the digital travel journey.</p>
