YUL Montréal–Trudeau International Airport has deployed a new flight information display system (FIDS) and operational platform from Veovo, to manage how flight information is validated and communicated across the airport.
The platform is designed to serve as a single, synchronized source of flight information for airport teams and passengers. Data is integrated, validated, prioritized and synchronized within the platform itself, with different teams able to view information relevant to their roles while remaining aligned to the same operational data. The system is built to remain stable under high volumes of updates throughout the day.

That operational data also feeds the airport’s new FIDS, which Veovo says is designed to adapt to where passengers are in their journeys and what information is most relevant at that point.
The FIDS system supports dynamic messaging, allowing disruption updates, wayfinding and service information to appear based on location, updating automatically as conditions change. Multilingual displays and targeted messaging allow content to be tailored to specific flights, gates or departure windows.
