Abu Dhabi Airports considers collaboration with Incheon Airport Authority

Ali Majed Al Mansoori, chairman of airport operator Abu Dhabi Airports, welcomed a delegation from Korea yesterday (November 1) to discuss future collaborations on technology solutions for Abu Dhabi International Airport in the UAE.

Headed by Kang Woong Shik, adviser to Incheon International Airport in South Korea, the visitors explored opportunities to collaborate on airport facilities management between the two operators and discussed the possibility of exchange visits so that both management teams could learn from each other’s best practices. The Korean delegation also gave a presentation on the history and growth of Incheon Airport and the future development strategy of the authority.

Mansoori said, “South Korea’s Incheon Airport is consistently voted as one of the best airports in the world by several industry bodies. We welcome the possibility of collaborating with one of the world’s leading airport authorities and look forward to further discussions on working together in the future.”
