Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) from F&B operators for  several sites within its Domestic Terminal.

The RFP is for the last remaining food and beverage concessions in the second stage of the Domestic Terminal Redevelopment. BAC completed the A$15m stage one in 2016 and commenced the A$40m stage two in mid-2018.

The opportunities range from approximately 120m2 to 340m2 located in prominent positions across Level 1 Arrivals and Level 2 Departures in the southern end of the terminal (predominantly accommodating Virgin Australia services).

Under this RFP, premium F&B operators are invited to submit one, or all, of the proposed concepts, including an opportunity to operate a family orientated café with entertainment areas, an iconic licensed restaurant serving all day options, or a grab and go café offer.

The RFP will close at 4:00pm AEST on Friday January 31, 2020.
