Milan courts Russian travelers

Italy’s Milan Airports, which operates Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa airports, has launched a Russian language section within its website as part of a ‘Russian-Friendly Airport’ drive.

The Russian-Friendly Airport initiative offers services designed to improve the experience of Russian passengers at the north Italian airport. It includes access to native speaker shopping assistants, training for store managers in how to cater for Russian customers, and airport maps in the Russian language.

Milan Airports connect with St Petersburg, Moscow Sheremetyevo and Moscow Vnukovo airports – a new route, Malpensa to Moscow Domodedovo, will launch in late December 2019.
