Food and beverage operator Airmall has opened two new local food kiosks at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall) in the USA. Passengers can find Old Bay/McCormick Spice and KoDee Cakes in the AB food court from 5:00am to 10:00pm daily.

Old Bay/McCormick Spice was founded in Baltimore in 1889, and sells a wide variety of different herbs and spices to help inspire home cooking. The new store continues that tradition by stocking a selection of its best-selling herbs, spices and snacks, as well as stocking Old Bay gifts such as T-shirts, mugs, glasses, crab mallets and key chains. KoDee Cakes has one other store in Hampden, Baltimore, and offers an assortment of gourmet desserts including cupcakes, cookies and tarts, as well as savory, gluten-free and vegan treats.

Brett Kelly, vice president of Airmall Maryland, said, “We are committed to bringing a variety of local companies to the Airmall at BWI Marshall. McCormick and KoDee Cakes are two great local brands that we’re proud to bring to the airport, and they will further enhance the local flair that makes our airport unique.”

Kora Polydore, owner, KoDee Cakes, said, “We are very excited to bring our unique treats to our hometown airport. We know travelers of all ages will love our assortment.”
