Nice Côte d’Azur Airport in the South of France has launched a call for tenders for six new pop-up stores in its terminal in a bid to provide passengers with a “surprising commercial experience”.

The stores will be installed in premium areas of the airport’s newly renovated terminals and the contract will run for 12 months, from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020.

Commenting on the tenders, Filip Soete, director of the commercial business units at Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, said, “The Nice Côte d’Azur Airport represents a unique opportunity for young brands: a passenger route optimized to maximize the visibility of commercial partners, a growing flow of passengers and a showcase for one of the most attractive regions of the world. France and a Mediterranean atmosphere are conducive to relaxation and shopping.”
