Restaurateur OTG and design partner Rockwell Group have completed the installation of three shared-use food and beverage (F&B) outlets in Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey.

Located in the Global Bazaar food market, the three outlets will host a total of six new F&B concepts that will begin the day as breakfast bars before switching signage and décor to become their evening counterparts.

The three outlets will begin the day as Crepe Juliet, Flip Flop Pancake Shop and Breakfast Boli, before transforming into Wabi-Sabi, Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, and Uptop Pizzeria for the afternoon and evening.
