Nice Airport has joined forces with global airport app FLIO to open its reach to international travelers on digital platforms.
Despite the airport having its own app, Nice will use FLIO as a complementary app where users can book parking at the airport, purchase fast-track access, buy lounge access and find all the information they may require about the airport. All the features were built exclusively for Nice customers.
Other standard FLIO app features include original airport layout maps, weather forecast, and frequently updated flight information.
Filip Soete, chief commercial officer at Aéroport Nice Cote d’Azur, said, “We met FLIO a few months ago and with the launch of our Digital LAB, we took the opportunity to propose their app to our international passengers and offer to them the services of our own app.
“This reinforces our aim to digitize the passengers’ pathway and increase their satisfaction.”
FLIO founder and CEO Stephan Uhrenbacher, added, “As the third-biggest airport in France, Nice Airport understands how FLIO supports travelers on their journey.
