Customers traveling with holiday operator Sovereign, part of the TUI Specialist Holidays Group, will now have access to No.1 Traveller’s network of UK airport lounges. The luxury lounge operator is based in four locations in the UK including London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Edinburgh and Birmingham airports.

Passengers using one of No.1 Traveller’s premium lounges will benefit from a complimentary fully tended bar and bistro service, unlimited wi-fi and a selection of newspapers and magazines. Sovereign holidaymakers will also be able to take advantage of No.1’s partner facilities including Manchester Airport’s three Escape lounges and Gordon Ramsay Plane Food located in London Heathrow’s Terminal 5 (T5).

Mark Woodcock, commercial director at No.1 Traveller, said, “With close to 200 partners, the trade channel is our fastest growing revenue stream. Teaming up with like-minded companies to offer guests a truly differentiated pre-flight experience means No.1 lounges are fast becoming an integral part of the premium holiday package.”

Scott Langridge, general manager at Sovereign, said, “At Sovereign we pride ourselves on offering our customers exceptional value with superior treatment and our new partnership with No.1 does just that. Our holidays are all about the luxury experience from start to finish. The fact that our customers can relax in an award-winning lounge at the very start of their holiday makes a great start to the overall holiday experience.”
