APCOA, a supplier of parking services at London Heathrow Airport, has been named as a winner at the annual Heathrow Supplier Awards for providing excellent service. It’s the second year running that APCOA has won at the awards, which are open to the airport’s 400 suppliers.
APCOA, which has been Heathrow’s dedicated airport parking partner since 2009, scooped the award for the valet and ‘meet and greet’ services it runs at the airport.
In presenting the award, the judging panel said, “Whether it’s going out of their way to reunite a passenger with their mobile, or securing a car window that’s been accidently left open, the APCOA parking team know that it’s often the small personal touches that make the biggest difference to an individual passenger journey.”
Kim Challis, regional managing director for the UK and Ireland, APCOA, said, “I’m extremely proud that APCOA has picked up an award from Heathrow for the second year in a row.
