Lagardère Travel Retail, a pioneering and leading travel retail player with global reach, has opened the first standalone store for MAC in Australia. The 38m² store at Adelaide Airport is said to have a contemporary and stylish design and layout.

MAC is a well known make-up brand, with the store offering a number of its skincare items, fragrances and application tools. It even offers a touch-up make-up service, with experienced professionals on hand to help out passengers on the go. Another key feature is the interactive ‘play table’, where customers are invited to sample certain products, with advice and direction from the MAC artists.

Matthieu Mercier, CEO of the Pacific region for Lagardère Travel Retail, said, “Adelaide Airport shares our vision for innovative thinking, and recognized the growing demand for MAC’s high class products and services within the travel retail market. MAC is the perfect addition to add to our collection of brands with our long-term partner, Adelaide Airport, and we are confident this unique and exciting offer will delight each and every passenger traveling through the Airport.”
