Restaurateur HMSHost has partnered with hospitality firm Bloomin’ Brands to open a new Carrabba’s Italian Grill restaurant in the center of Concourse C at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Georgia, USA.

Carrabba’s menu includes modern takes on traditional favorites such as crispy calamari, chicken masala, and handmade pizzas baked in a wood-burning oven. The restaurant’s ‘Thrill of the Grill’ entrees include fresh fish, seafood and meats, basted in special seasonings and cooked over a wood-fired grill.

Younger guests can choose from a special menu including pasta, chicken fingers and kid-size pizzas. A full breakfast menu can also be enjoyed before early flights with a selection of frittatas and Italian omelets served with fresh fruit and grilled ciabatta toast.

Kent Vanden, vice president of business development for HMSHost, said, “Carrabba’s Italian Grill is known for its lively atmosphere and for creating an authentic Italian culinary experience with a focus on the simple idea that sharing food isn’t just about eating, that it is actually what connects us to each other. With genuine hospitality and quality ingredients, Carrabba’s and HMSHost now have the opportunity to foster these connections for travelers on the move.”
