Frankfurt Airport in Germany has unveiled a graffiti mural created by artist Helge ‘Bomber’ Steinmann on a 1,050ft wall adjacent to its Terminal 1 bus station.

The mural depicts 15 different images of the city of Frankfurt, each up to 65ft wide. The Römer city hall and Alte Oper (Old Opera) concert hall are among the images, as is the Eintracht Frankfurt soccer team and the city zoo.

Fraport, the operator for Frankfurt Airport, views the mural as a celebration of the city that also helps create a sense of place for arriving passengers. The mural is part of Fraport’s ‘Great to have you here!’ service quality program, launched to enhance the travel experience at the airport.
