Concessions International and Patricia Reilly Food Concepts have partnered to open a new Chef Geoff’s restaurant in Concourse C at Washington Dulles International Airport.
The opening marks the first Chef Geoff’s airport location for the group, which already has five locations in the Washington metropolitan area. The restaurant offers a selection of grab and go items for rushed airport travelers, as well as classic Chef Geoff’s dishes including white truffle popcorn, blackened fish tacos, the Chef Geoff burger, and big shrimp and very gouda grits.
Donata Russell Major, CEO, Concessions International, said, “Chef Geoff’s offers great food, a great bar, and a great atmosphere for airport travelers to enjoy while moving through Dulles Airport. We love the concept and think it’s a great addition to our Dulles Airport portfolio, which we have recently expanded this year.”
Geoff Tracy, chef and owner of Chef Geoff’s, said, “As a restaurateur I’m always looking for new challenges and other avenues to reach more restaurant guests. Opening a location in Dulles Airport is the opportunity of a lifetime and is a perfect way to introduce travelers from all around the world to our menu.”
