Dallas Fort Worth International Airport has awarded HMSHost and its partners Java Star Inc. and F Howell Management Services a new 10-year contract valued at US$186m.
The partners will deliver a new food hall experience at the airport’s Terminal F, bringing restaurants from the popular local Trinity Groves development, among them Souk Kebab House, The Hall Bar & Grill, LUCK (Local Urban Craft Kitchen), and Beto & Son Real Mexican Food. As is the case at its original West Dallas location, Trinity Groves will rotate its offerings at the airport.
Also coming to the airport is Eatzi’s Market & Bakery, a European-style eatery, and local confectionery Cake Bar, which also sells hand-painted Kate Weiser Chocolates. Counter Culture Coffee, a boutique roaster with regional popularity, rounds out the bakery experience.
Retail offerings in partnership with Stellar Partners complete the overall shopping and dining experience planned for development. True to Texas is a shopping experience offering authentic Texas-made merchandise and 360 West is a news and travel convenience retail outlet inspired by the acclaimed 360 West magazine.
