SSP America has announced a new line-up of local dining concepts set to open at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) as part of the ongoing redevelopment of Terminal 4.
The concepts are expected to begin opening in late 2026. They will feature a mix of full-service restaurants, casual outlets and all-day offerings, with a focus on reflecting the local food scene in Phoenix and the wider Arizona region.
PHX aviation director Chad Makovsky said, “We’re excited to welcome SSP’s new line-up of local restaurants to Terminal 4. Bringing well-known hometown flavors into the airport not only elevates the passenger experience but also provides travelers with an even greater opportunity to enjoy authentic local cuisine that reflects the spirit of our city.”
The new line-up will include several Arizona-based brands. Greenwood Brewing, a Phoenix craft brewery, will offer a selection of beers alongside cocktails, wine and a food menu inspired by local flavors.
The Farm at South Mountain will introduce a multiconcept space featuring four elements: a farm-to-table restaurant, a Morning Glory Café breakfast offering, a bar focused on craft cocktails and a coffee bar with grab-and-go items.
Ingo’s Tasty Food, a casual dining brand with multiple locations in the Phoenix area, will provide an all-day menu of comfort food, coffee and cocktails.
Cactus & Cow Burger Bar, developed by Arizona chef Mark Tarbell, will serve burgers and Southwestern-style dishes in a fast-casual format.
Scott Welding, senior vice president of development and pursuit of new airports at SSP America, said the development highlights the company’s focus on local partnerships.
“Phoenix Sky Harbor is an important gateway to the Southwest, and this next chapter in Terminal 4 allows us to showcase the incredible culinary talent that defines the region,” he said. “These concepts reflect our commitment to partnering with local brands that tell a meaningful story, resonate with travelers and create a sense of place.”
SSP America said the additions form part of its long-term partnership with PHX and are intended to enhance the passenger experience through locally inspired food and beverage offerings.
