This collaboration marks a significant leap in operational efficiency and passenger experience, with the Mexican airport group serving over 26 million passengers annually.</p>
<p>The partnership began with a milestone achievement: the fastest FIDS implementation, with VisionAir FIDS rolled out at Mexico&#8217;s Chihuahua Airport in just 40 days, with the successful rollout across the remaining 12 airports completed by the end of 2025.</p>

As a result, passengers no longer need to remove liquids or electronics from their hand luggage, or juggle plastic bags at security.</p>
<p>The £1bn upgrade has seen passenger security lanes across all four of Heathrow&#8217;s terminals replaced with state-of-the-art CT scanners, capable of servicing thousands of passengers an hour with significantly greater efficiency, while maintaining high safety and security standards.</p>
