Five local airports are to be invited to contribute to the design process for the new single terminal and parking garage at Kansas City International Airport.

The Kansas City Aviation Department and Paslay Management Group, in coordination with Kansas City Missouri’s One Percent for Art Program, is seeking up to five Kansas City metro-based professional artists (visual and/or performance) to collaborate and contribute to the design process for the new single terminal and parking garage at Kansas City International Airport.

This is a significant opportunity for Kansas City-based artists to participate in the design process for a major city project.

Once appointed, the Project Advisory Artists will serve on the design planning team with aviation department and city staff, as well as with additional sub-consultants.
