Airport operator Aéroports de Paris (AdP) has signed leasehold agreements for the construction of two new hotels in the Roissypole district in the heart of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport in France.

The two hotels will include an Aloft & Element complex by Westin Hotel, which will be operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and an Innside hotel, which will be run by Spanish operators Meliá. The two hotels will be constructed at the same time as a 350-room Holiday Inn Express, which is being built by property developer Spie Batignolles Immobilier.

The 153,000ft² Aloft & Element complex will include 315 4-star rooms (about a hundred of which will have a kitchenette), a restaurant, a bar, a gym and some fifty underground parking spaces.

The Innside Hotel will cover an area of 122,000ft² and will contain 266 4-star rooms, a bar-restaurant with terrace, a gym, 65 parking spaces, and multiple seminar rooms with views of the airport runways. Both projects are scheduled

for completion in early 2018.
