SSP is opening eight new food and beverage outlets at Vilnius Airport as part of a wider terminal redevelopment program. The company said it is the only international food and beverage operator at the airport and has worked with Vilnius Airport since May 2025.
Two of the new outlets focus on Lithuanian cuisine. Sodai Le Grand Comptoir is a brasserie and bar with a menu of traditional local-style soups, comfort foods, local beverages and traditional breakfasts. Vilnius Bar & Bistro Le Grand Comptoir, located landside, offers all-day dining inspired by Lithuanian flavors, with local ingredients, Lithuanian-inspired dishes and regional beverages alongside selected international favorites.
Factory Bar & Kitchen is a sports bar and social dining concept built around draft beer, burgers and sports. Its menu includes fish and chips, sharing platters, wings, loaded fries and nachos, and its beer range includes a selection from Lithuanian brewery Švyturys.
Burger King has also opened a new restaurant at the airport, serving flame-grilled burgers, chicken, plant-based options, sides, snacks and beverages.
SSP’s Upper Crust, Camden Food Co. and Ritazza brands are also part of the development. Upper Crust offers baguettes assembled on-site, bakery products, coffee and cold beverages. Camden Food Co. offers smoothies, salads, wraps, sandwiches and light meals. Ritazza serves barista coffee alongside breakfast items, pastries, light snacks, cold drinks and beers.
The eighth outlet, a Bill Bentley beer bar, will open in the non-Schengen area later this year. It will offer beers, wines and spirits alongside a small food menu.
SSP said the concepts were developed using passenger insights, travel patterns and dwell-time analysis, with menus designed to be easy for international passengers to understand and to be served efficiently in an airport environment. The company said the project will create approximately 60 jobs.
