The park will feature an entertainment infrastructure including a tropical forest, beaches, cinema, planetarium, a fitness facility, and an ice rink.

Development Company Sky Capital is to invest RUB35bn (US$5.4m) in the project. The Tropical Island Resort is scheduled to open within six years. PJSC Sberbank, PwC, and Kosmick Company are also involved with the project.

Once complete Moscow Aerotropolis will include different clusters, such as commercial, recreational, business, exhibition, industrial, and agricultural.
