GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), the operator of Hyderabad Airport in India, has opened a new food and beverage (F&B) concept called Mumbai Central in its domestic departures area.
Located near Hyderabad’s security hold area (SHA), Mumbai Central features a live kitchen counter offering authentic dishes from the west coast of India including street food from the heart of Mumbai. Brightly lit digital menus display regularly updated daily specials alongside traditional house favorites.
Mumbai Central takes pride in its healthy and balanced menu by combining the freshest ingredients with spices that have been developed and preserved for several generations.
