Airport Lounge Development and Swissport have opened a Club Aspire lounge at Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal.

The 4,000ft² (371m²) lounge is the second Club Aspire destination in the UK and is located airside within the Lounge Pavilion at Gatwick North. The refurbished space features renovated work zones, a bar and a new hot food menu.

To celebrate the launch, the lounge will be serving complimentary prosecco to guests visiting during the first two months of its opening.

Errol McGlothan, director for Airport Lounge Development, said, “Today’s travelers are unwilling to settle for less. They expect modern, comfortable environments, personalized experiences, and unrivalled food and drink options.

“Our Club Aspire brand offers this and more. As the demand for premium, shared-use lounges grows globally, we’re excited to continue to launch new lounges with our partner, Swissport, to deliver the experience today’s passengers have come to expect.”

Priority Pass, LoungeKey and Lounge Club members can access the lounge using their memberships, with additional guests charged at £15 (US$20) each. Those without memberships can pre-book three hours in the lounge for £24.99 (US$33), while walk-in guests will be charged £28 (US$37) on the door.
