Airport operator Aéroports de Paris (AdP) has chosen Select Service Partner (SSP) to help create a joint venture aimed at planning, operating and developing fast food outlets across its airports in Paris.

Through this joint venture, AdP plans to improve the services and facilities offered to passengers, who will benefit from a diversified and revamped range of outlets including French bakeries, coffee shops, fast-casual food outlets, Asian food outlets and bar brands.

The new company will be jointly owned by AdP and SSP, and will operate more than 30 retail outlets over a period of nine years, particularly in Terminals 1, 3, 2E (Hall K and Hall L) and 2F at Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The new company will begin operating February 1, 2016, and will be subject to approval by the competition authorities.
