Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) is seeking requests for proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the food and beverage operations in the Virgin Australia domestic terminal at Brisbane Airport in Australia.

There are nine food and beverage sites located at the airport’s domestic terminal, which will cater to more than 17 million passengers each year. Successful operators will deliver a service that is innovative and unique and evokes the character of Brisbane and Queensland.

Interested operators will need to demonstrate they have the necessary experience, capacity, resources and understanding to partner with BAC in delivering its retail vision. Successful retailers will be offered a minimum of a five-year concession.

Specialty food and beverage retailers who wish to participate in the RFP process should contact Daniel Fenech from BAC on Daniel.fenech@bne.com.au.

The RFP will close at 3:00pm on May 22, 2015.
