Atlanta’s Department of Aviation is seeking proposals from firms to develop a high-end hotel facility, office complex, travel plaza and mixed-use development at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

The ‘Airport City’ concept would be a first of its kind project in the US and will include a four-star iconic hotel with 300-400 rooms attached to the domestic terminal or within walking distance. Proposals are due before 2:00pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2015.
