Tenders sought for retail concessions at Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport

Aéroports de Lyon, operator for Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport in France, is seeking tenders for the retail concessions to be based in its newly developed Terminal 1 (T1) building.

There are seven retail areas included in the tender, ranging in floor space from 344ft2 to 1,280ft2. The new T1 building will cover a surface area of 753,000ft2 and will boast 108,000ft2 of commercial space, recreation areas and restaurants. When complete it will increase the overall capacity of the airport from the current 9.5 million to 15 million passengers by 2020.
