Denver International Airport (DIA), in Colorado, USA, is hosting a temporary art exhibition to celebrate the fifth USA Pro Challenge cycling race, taking place through the Colorado Rockies on August 17-23, 2015.

The exhibition has been curated by Ivar Zeile, owner of Denver-based Plus Gallery, and includes bike-themed artwork and sculptures from local artists Erin Asmussen, Libby Barbee, Phil Bender, John Ferguson, Claudia Mastrobuono, Collin Parson, Dylan Gebbia Richards, Sarah Rockett, Mario Zoots and Upcyclery. The artwork will be displayed on top of baggage carousels located on the east and west sides of the Jeppesen Terminal (Level 5). At the end of the exhibit, the artwork will be donated to cycling-related nonprofit organizations.

Denver International’s Art and Culture Program includes nearly 30 site-specific works including sculptures, murals and other installations. The pieces are displayed in outdoor landscapes, inside the Jeppesen Terminal and on airport concourses.
