Plaza Premium Lounge voted helpful company by Hong Kong International Airport

Plaza Premium Lounge has been named one of the most helpful company organizations as part of the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA)’s ‘Give me 5 in the airport’ campaign.

At the award presentation ceremony held on December 11, 2015 at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), Song Hoi-see, founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group, said, “Plaza Premium Lounge is always putting our customers first. This award represents another recognition of the attentive services and dedicated efforts of our colleagues by the passengers. Plaza Premium Lounge will continue to strive for excellence to enhance travellers’ airport experience at HKIA.”

Rebecca Ho, assistant general manager, customer services, Terminal 1 of AA, commented, “Give Me 5 in the Airport campaign has proved, once again, the continuous outstanding customer services from the community are well recognized by passengers. The attentive and caring attitudes of airport staff have touched the heart of them too. Plaza Premium Lounge and the team are indeed the cornerstone of the success of HKIA.”

Organized by AA, Give Me 5 in the Airport campaign is a three week service appreciation activity. It aims at recognizing excellent airport service delivered by corporate or individuals by inviting passenger to vote between November 1-21, 2015 for their excellent service.
