San Francisco International Airport in California is accepting proposals for the operation of a specialty retail store in its International Terminal.

The specialty retail lease will run for a term of five years with three one-year options, exercisable at the discretion of the airport operator, the San Francisco Airport Commission. The lease is for one retail location measuring approximately 2,233ft² and located pre-security of the International Terminal. The minimum acceptable proposal amount, which will be the successful proposer’s minimum annual guarantee for the first year of the lease, is US$110,000.

The airport intends to award the lease to the highest-ranked, most responsive and responsible proposer. Each proposer must submit a proposal deposit in the amount of US$55,000 as a guarantee of executing the lease.

The proposal submittal deadline is 5:00pm PST (12.00pm UTC), Wednesday September 16, 2015.
