Airports Authority of India (AAI) has signed concession agreements for the operations, management and development of Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Mangaluru airports.
The concessions were signed with concessionaires Adani Ahmedabad International Airport, Adani Lucknow International Airport and Adani Mangaluru International Airport, respectively.
The concessionaires are required to take-over the Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Mangaluru airports after fulfilling certain conditions within 180 days of February 14, 2020 and will operate, manage and develop the airports for the next 50 years, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the agreements.
