Restaurateur OTG has opened a new craft-beer bar called the Beerhive in Terminal 3 (T3) at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Ontario, Canada.
Beerhive stocks close to 20 specially curated craft beers, with more than half dedicated to local Ontario-based breweries including Muskoka, Creemore Springs and Great Lakes.
Each of the bar’s 29 seats have been fitted with USB and power outlets, as well as iPads featuring OTG’s software platform flo tech, allowing customers to pay for drinks digitally and have them delivered to their table. Each tablet also has a number of entertainment options pre-loaded onto the system for passengers to enjoy ahead of their flight.
The bar also serves a selection of pies, sandwiches, salads and modern takes on bar-bite favorites such as Smoky Bacon Beer Bar Nuts; a Sweet and Savory pizza; Tandoori Chicken Sliders and a charcuterie board of locally sourced meats.
