Clear Channel Airports and Uber have launched an exclusive experiential advertising activation at Chicago O’Hare Airport – the Uber Comfort Lounge.

Launched in conjunction with the Chicago Department of Aviation and Catalina Productions, this first ever rideshare-sponsored pop-up lounge has been developed to create a buzz around Uber’s new Comfort offering to passengers.

Open until January 3, the Uber Comfort Lounge offers all travelers passing through O’Hare Terminal 2 the opportunity to enjoy extra comfort, by giving them free access to a space where they can relax before or after their trip.

Upon entry, guests will receive a promo card for a discounted Uber Comfort ride when they reach their destination. Uber brand ambassadors will be on-site to welcome passengers with a complimentary drink and a Comfort package including items such a socks, travel wipes, ear plugs and a face mask.

The lounge features areas for passengers to keep their luggage, as well as charging tables for phones, iPads with a pre-programmed playlist and noise-cancelling headphones.

Uber Comfort is an upgraded Uber ride option launched in summer 2019.
