<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="ltr">Situated in the airport&#8217;s public arrivals area, L&#8217;Officina serves passengers, employees, visitors and those meeting arriving travelers. The menu centers on freshly prepared pizzas and focaccia, alongside Italian snacks, artisan gelato, mini desserts, and a selection of Italian wines, beers and Espressamente Illy coffee.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="ltr">The concept, including its visual identity, interior design, menu and customer experience, was developed entirely in-house by Lagardère Travel Retail Poland&#8217;s teams.</p>

The terminal will feature more than 40 new shops, restaurants, communal spaces and art installations inspired by New York City and its boroughs.</p>
<p>In June, the terminal celebrated the grand openings of Italian food destination Eataly, along with New York culinary names Nom Wah and the Halal Guys.</p>

The project brought together global retail operators and local brands, with partners including Avolta, Lagardère AWPL, Delaware North, SSP, WHSmith and Smarte Carte.</p>

<p>In fact, the acclaimed Blue Mountains brewer will have two sites in WSI’s integrated terminal, servicing both domestic and international passengers in a partnership with Airport Retail Group Australia (ARGA).</p>
<p>According to WSI CEO Simon Hickey, the Mountain Culture venues will help bring an authentic sense of place to the terminal.</p>

<p>Founded in 1829 in Woodhaven in Queens, Neir&#8217;s Tavern is now one of 20 locally inspired concessions to open at the terminal as part of a US$125m commercial development program delivered with terminal commercial operator ASUR Airports and American Airlines.</p>

<p>The F&amp;B area has received a complete makeover, with a redesigned layout and fully updated interior, building on an initial renovation of the departure zone in 2017 that included an expanded shop and F&amp;B establishment.</p>
