Self-service check-in kiosks installed at Luxembourg Airport

Luxembourg Airport has installed 10 new self-service check-in kiosks with eye-catcher technology in its main terminal to help expedite the passenger departure process.

Five of the new terminals have been exclusively reserved for LuxAir passengers whilst KLM, SAS and LuxAir travelers can use the other five. Passengers with hold luggage can print and attach their bag tag at the kiosks and then take their bags to the manned drop-off counters. The on-hand staff can then scan the boarding pass and the bag tag label.

To further enhance the passenger departure process, the furnishings in the security areas have been upgraded to include new benches for travelers to remove their shoes, and new lighter, smaller trays to help when passing items through the security scanners.
