Hotel operator TFE has announced that its new hotel located at Canberra Airport in Australia is ready to open in early November 2015.

The Vibe Hotel Canberra Airport is located 164ft from the airport’s terminal, and features sweeping views of the capital city of Canberra on one side and Lake Burley Griffin on the other. The hotel has 191 sound-proof rooms each equipped with all the mod cons expected of a modern-day luxury hotel, including access to the Vibe Fit gym and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

Travelers can dine at the onsite restaurant Helix Bar & Dining, a modern European style bistro that incorporates culinary delights from the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) with food options chosen exclusively by renowned executive chef Michael Chatto.

Emma Fraser, group director of marketing, TFE Hotels, said, “Vibe Hotel Canberra Airport is everything we have been working towards, with the rollout of our next generation Vibe Hotels, so we’re absolutely thrilled with this iconic new property. It has connection at its core from the local area through our Vibe hosts and local partnerships, to the social hubs of the lobby space where people can meet, work and feel inspired. We’ve combined those core values with the convenience of a central location, both to the airport and the civic, and we’re sure that guests will find this hotel a valuable addition to the nation’s capital.”

The hotel will prove convenient for business travelers, with onsite conference facilities including six fully adaptable conference and event spaces catering for up to 200 guests. The hotel is offering an opening discount of 25% for passengers staying until January 31, 2016.
