Spanish-based IT software provider Ikusi has been contracted to deploy its Dragonfly-CA+ solution to help boost non-aeronautical revenues at Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito, Ecuador.
Ikusi’s Dragonfly-CA+ solution will gather commercial data from the concessions and correlate the information with the actual operating data of the airport. The software then analyzes the data using business intelligence (BI) techniques providing the airport operator with information on how to increase non-aeronautical revenue. The operator can then develop marketing schemes and strategies based on the gathered data.
In the case of Mariscal Sucre International Airport, Ikusi will be gathering and analyzing the data from 28 business premises at the terminal. The project is the first endorsement of Ikusi’s non-aeronautical revenue solution in Latin America.
