Talking to Passenger Terminal World on the show floor at PTE World, Port Polska CEO Filip Czernicki gives us the lowdown on an ambitious undertaking that many other countries would have balked at: the creation of a hub airport, a high-speed rail network connecting the five biggest cities in Poland, and a new road network – all on a greenfield site.
This monumental project will, he says, “bring Poland into the 22nd century.” It’s certainly an impressive endeavor and one can’t but be impressed by its ambition.
