AviaSoft helps handling agent reduce costs and increase efficiency

Experienced software developer AviaSoft is helping the largest handling agent in Warsaw, Poland to reduce costs and increased staff efficiency thanks to its unique scheduling software and advanced Daily Schedule programme.

The handling agent is combining these two modules to create monthly schedules that satisfy employee requirements and meet flight schedule needs while reducing the cost of labor. Only one person is needed to create the monthly schedule, which holds all the data automatically and produces the Daily Schedule in an instant.

Every worker is assigned to a flight and has a clear view of operations for the month ahead. However, if something changes to the flight schedule owing to delays, shifts can be moved automatically on the Daily Schedule and this data is sent to the employee’s personal mobile device.

AviaSoft’s system works with other units such as Ground Handling Note, where all data about aircraft handling is collected. This module fully controls data completion and reports about any missing information. In conjunction with its other programmes, such as DCS, W&B and Documentation, AviaSoft is providing ground handlers with a powerful tool that is a strong asses for the development of any company.
