<p>Stry Kitchen &amp; Bar operates as a modern brasserie, with dishes drawing on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian influences.</p>

<p>The opening was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by leaders from DFA, LEGO and JFK. It follows successful LEGO stores opened at Dallas Fort Worth and Miami International Airports.</p>
<p>“We are delighted to officially open the doors to this new specialty store, offering travelers an interactive and engaging shopping experience at JFK Terminal 8.</p>

<p>The program will see most retail and food and beverage units across the terminal refreshed or redeveloped over the next 16 months. The project forms part of AGS Airports’ long-term AGS Reimagined strategy, which focuses on modernizing facilities and improving passenger experience across its airports.</p>
<p>Portland Design was selected following a competitive tender process and has developed a set of retail design guidelines to support the investment.</p>

Kennedy International Airport, unveiling a US$125m program featuring more than 60 dining, retail and duty-free concepts.</p>
<p>The project marks the first completed terminal redevelopment within the Port Authority’s broader US$19bn transformation of JFK. It follows a US$400m expansion of Terminal 8 completed in 2022, which added new widebody gates, parking positions and upgraded baggage systems.</p>

<p>The partnership will see Waitrose products stocked in four Relay stores in Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2.</p>
<p>Three of the stores will be airside and one landside, with all four due to open by the end of the year. Each will offer a range of Waitrose food-to-go products tailored to passengers at Heathrow.</p>

<p>The partnership brings together travel retail operator ARI, Queens-based International Shoppes, and a group of local small business partners. The new operator assumed duty-free operations at the terminal on April 1, with upgrades and new retail concepts to be introduced in phases through 2026 and beyond.</p>

<p>The new line-up includes Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, offering a coastal Italian-inspired menu, alongside Lotus Dumpling Bar, which serves Cantonese-style dumplings and share plates.</p>

<p>Tallinn Airport, Rail Baltic Estonia and Mainor Ülemiste are jointly investing nearly €500m (US$500m) in projects aimed at redeveloping the former industrial district into what they describe as a “modern urban gateway attractive to international companies and investors.”</p>
<p>Sten Pärnits, chairman of the management board of Mainor Ülemiste, said the Rail Baltica Linda Terminal will integrate international and local rail, trams, buses and the airport into a single transportation hub.</p>
