PTE World 2026 – Passenger Terminal Expo & Conference – the world’s leading international airport conference and exhibition – takes off next week, running March 17–19, 2026 at Excel London. Passenger Terminal Expo – meet 400+ leading exhibitors
This year’s event will be an opportunity for visitors to meet with over 400 industry-leading exhibitors, to discover the latest products and technologies available within the industry. Exhibitors at the free-to-attend exhibition will showcase a broad range of technology and solutions, including an airside driving simulator, luxury seating for airports and an AI-powered solution to improve passenger experience and boost retail revenue – to name just a few of the technologies that will be on show this year! Visitors will be able to reconnect with existing suppliers and use the event as an opportunity to form new partnerships.
Vitra will be showcasing its latest airport seating and furnishing concepts, drawing on decades of experience designing for high-footfall public environments. The company’s airport portfolio spans multiple terminal touchpoints – from check-in and holdrooms to lounges, food courts and staff areas – with an emphasis on long service life, modularity and sustainability.
Assaia will present EmissionsControl, an AI-enabled solution designed to help airports and ground handlers identify and reduce emissions during aircraft turnaround. Using thermal cameras, the system detects APU use in real time and provides stand-level insight intended to support compliance, reporting and day-to-day operational decisions. Copenhagen Airport became the first airport to deploy the system across most stands in 2025.
Sidara will be at the show to discuss its work across aviation architecture, engineering, planning and advisory – and how airports can balance performance, passenger needs and sustainability while planning and delivering new infrastructure. The network’s aviation work spans terminals and airside environments, with a focus on designing facilities that respond to evolving operational requirements while reflecting local context and long-term resilience.
TAV Technologies will be showcasing Airport Cockpit, its airport operations control center platform designed to provide a unified view of airport performance by integrating multiple systems into a single interface. The platform is built to support collaborative decision-making, with tools that help teams monitor operations and act quickly when disruption occurs. TAV Technologies will also highlight its AI-driven “manage by exception” approach, intended to surface potential issues early and support proactive intervention before bottlenecks escalate.
Searidge Technologies will present Airfield Insights, a data and analytics platform (below) built on a purpose-built digital twin, designed to translate airfield activity into operational KPIs. The platform aims to help airports identify constraints, understand performance trends and improve resource allocation by turning airfield movements and events into actionable insight for operations and planning teams.
Nuctech will be highlighting its CT-based hold baggage screening capabilities, with a focus on threat detection performance, throughput and integration into airport environments. The company offers solutions capable of complying with ECAC EDS Standard 3.2 and higher regulatory requirements.

Passenger Terminal Conference – 400+ speakers across 27 tracks
Passenger Terminal Conference 2026 will once again deliver a broad, practical program covering the challenges airport operators are dealing with – from capacity and operational resilience to security, facilitation, customer experience, digital identity, sustainability and the future of terminal development.
The conference program brings together speakers from airports, airlines, regulators and aviation authorities, alongside planners, architects, engineers, consultants and technology specialists. For attendees, it’s a chance to step back from day-to-day delivery and hear how peers are approaching similar pressures – and what’s working.
Sessions include content focused on Heathrow masterplanning and expansion, a session exploring the French government’s digital identity initiative, and presentations looking at airport investment in Argentina and modernization across Indian airports.
