To mark International Women’s Month, HMSHost has launched an exclusive menu, curated by a female winemaker and chefs, at more than two dozen airport restaurants across the USA.
The new tasting menu has been designed by chefs Nikkia Stone, Zoe Kelly and Anna Cooper and features Salty, Savory, and Sweet categories.
The Salty category, created by Nikkia Stone of Chicago, features smoked salmon wrapped around a grissini with sun-dried tomato and topped with a dill crema. Savory, by Zoe Kelly of Miami, offers a crab avocado toast tossed with mango remoulade and topped with thinly sliced chili pepper. Sweet, by Anna Cooper of Houston, features a fresh red fruit salad with strawberries, raspberries, cherries, grapes and pomegranate seeds, topped with shredded coconut and a Chandon Rosé glaze
The menu debut is in partnership with Moet Hennessy’s Chandon Sparkling Wine, crafted by winemaker Pauline Lohte.
All three chefs are former winners of Channel Your Inner Chef, a first-of-its-kind live cooking competition held at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.
