Sydney Airport has opened 11 new food and beverage outlets in its T3 Domestic terminal as part of a redevelopment of the precinct.
Offering a variety of local hospitality brands, the area has been updated to expand the dining options and improve the passenger experience. According to the airport, nearly two-thirds of travelers say airport dining influences their journeys.
The new line-up includes Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, offering a coastal Italian-inspired menu, alongside Lotus Dumpling Bar, which serves Cantonese-style dumplings and share plates. Ramen concept RaRa and Mexican outlet Tres Tacos are also part of the new offering.
Additional venues include Top Juice for smoothies and grab-and-go options, The Sushi Platter for fresh sushi, and Slim’s Quality Burger for burgers. Coffee and bakery options are provided by Stitch Coffee, Maggio’s and Loulou.
Sydney Airport said the redevelopment is designed to cater to a range of passenger needs, from sit-down dining to quick service options.
The refreshed precinct also includes a redesigned layout to improve passenger flow and create a more open and comfortable environment.
Gail Taylor, the general manager of retail at Sydney Airport, said, “We want T3 to feel like an extension of Sydney’s vibrant food scene – a dining destination that celebrates the quality and diversity of the city.
“Whether it’s a sit-down meal at Icebergs or a quick coffee from Stitch, passengers now have options that genuinely rival what you’d find beyond the terminal.
“We’re also proud to partner with local operators to deliver an experience that feels distinctly Sydney, where passengers can relax and dine before boarding.”
All venues in the T3 dining precinct are now open.
